Bytteringen er et pengefritt og rentefritt system for omsetning av varer og tjenester. Deltakerne har hver sin konto som starter i null. Når en handel er gjort overføres byttepoeng – i Ås kaller vi dem gryn – fra kjøpers til selgers konto.
